Shipping
We ship to Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands, as well as to the following European Union countries: Portugal, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany, in addition to the United Kingdom. The list of countries will be expanded over time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location.
- Spain (mainland): 3–5 working days.
- Spain Balearic Islands: 3–7 working days.
- Europe: up to 10 working days.
Production and Additional Time
All our products are handmade in our workshop, so delivery times do not include production time. If your item is not in stock, production time may vary between 14 and 30 days.
Please note that delivery times are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing and Tracking
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can use this code to track your order online.
If you cannot find the email containing your tracking code, please also check your junk or spam folders. Alternatively, you can request the code by emailing info@belkaperro.com and providing your order number.

Before completing your purchase, please make sure that all the information provided is correct. We are not responsible for errors in the address or incorrectly placed orders.
We cannot guarantee the processing of change requests or product replacements once the order has been shipped.
