Exchanges and Returns

At Belkaperro.com we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we will accept the return of any products that meet our conditions.

Return Conditions

You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery of your order, provided that the items have not been used, damaged, altered, or worn, and that the original packaging and labels are intact.

Important: Products damaged due to improper use cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the products. Shipping costs from the original order will not be reimbursed.

How can I request a return?

There are two ways to request a return:

  1. Through your personal account:
    • Log in to your account on the website.
    • Go to the “Orders” section and then select “Return”.
    • Complete the return form.
  2. Through the contact form or by email at info@belkaperro.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been processed, we will send you a return confirmation and shipping instructions via email.

Return Costs

If you have received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You may choose any courier service you trust or use the link provided in the return instructions.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused to products by the courier company. Responsibility for the safety of the items lies with the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

How to Make an Exchange

To process an exchange, first make a return following the instructions above. Then, contact us through the contact form or by email at info@belkaperro.com. We will be happy to help you place a new order.
