We accept payments by bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are secure.

We handcraft all our products. If an item is out of stock, the delivery time may vary between 14 and 30 days. If it’s not possible to complete the order within this period, we will refund the product amount.

To reserve an unavailable item, you can purchase it through the website or email us at info@belkaperro.com.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have made a mistake, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after it has been processed.

Coupon codes can only be used at the time of placing an order. Coupons or discounts do not apply to orders that have already been placed.

Send us an email at info@belkaperro.com. We’ll do our best to help you if there’s an error, but we can’t guarantee product changes once they’ve been shipped. We are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders. Please make sure all your details are correct before completing your purchase.

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as to the following European Union countries: Portugal, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany, in addition to the United Kingdom (UK). The list of countries will continue to expand.

Shipping costs are payable by the buyer and are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location.

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days. Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking code by email. If you can’t find the email with the tracking code, please also check your junk or spam folders. Alternatively, you can request the code by emailing info@belkaperro.com and including your order number.

Please note that delivery times are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

You may exchange or return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been used and remains in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To choose the right size, measure your dog’s neck circumference (for collars) and chest circumference (for harnesses) at the widest point. Check our Size Guide section to find the option that best fits your pet.

We use BioThane®, an eco-friendly material that is soft to the touch, easy to clean, and highly resistant to wear and damage. Our accessories also feature brass elements, providing an elegant design and exceptional durability.

Clean the BioThane® with a damp cloth or a sponge and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.

To maintain the brass’s shine, clean it regularly with a soft cloth. If it becomes dull, use natural products such as lemon or white vinegar. If brass oxidation stains appear on the BioThane®, use rubbing alcohol to remove them, then rinse with water and dry well.
