Return Instructions

Follow these guidelines to complete your return:

1. Preparation for the Return

  • Ensure that the items meet the return conditions. Products must not have been used, damaged, or altered, and must retain all original tags and packaging.
  • Prepare the products for shipment by packing them securely to prevent any damage during transport.

2. Shipping the Products

You can choose between two shipping methods:

Shipping on your own using a courier service:

  1. Select a courier service you trust.
  2. Send the products using the following details:

Return via Packlink:

  1. Access the Packlink returns service using this link: https://www.packlink.com/en-GB/return-your-parcels/ 
  2. Enter your country and postal code to calculate the shipping cost.
  3. Provide the recipient’s details: Country: Spain, Postcode: 29003.
  4. Measure and weigh your box. We use the following box sizes for shipping — choose the one that corresponds to your order:
    1. S: 20×14.5×8
    2. M: 26×21×11
    3. L: 30×20×10

5. Click on “Send now”. You will then see the different options and courier companies available:

  • For Correos, select the “Drop-off point” option.
  • For other services, choose “Home delivery”.

6. In the “Package details” section, under Contents, enter the product name. Under Value, enter the product price. Then fill in your details and we recommend selecting “Add shipping protection”. We are not responsible for any damage to products caused by the courier company.

 

7. In the “Address details” section, enter your information in the Sender field and use the following details for the Recipient:

If you send an item via Correos using a drop-off point, please choose the collection point “Málaga Suc 5. La Paloma”, located at Héroe de Sostoa, 194.

8. After completing the payment, you will receive an email with the delivery instructions. Remember to send us the tracking code.

 

3. Refund

Once we receive the products and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when making your purchase.
